This is a country convenience store. Nice people with a long family history in the area run it. I think it mostly serves longtime residents of the area and the campground a couple of miles down the road. For me, it's a quick way to grab a pint of half-n-half or stick of butter when I run out and don't want to drive to the local Kroger. Not the freshest stuff, but very convenient. Also - they have nightcrawler bait which is important when my nephews come to visit. They are always open 7:30 am to 7:30pm, but are often open earlier and later.
